1. Download Game ---- > Download
2. Double Click On The Installer.exe
3. Click Next till finish
Already Testes on Win 8.1
if get some eror on Win 8 ( the game wont running althought you already double click the shortcut ) follow this step
1. Right Click My computer -> properties
2. Click Change Setting
3. Select Advance and chose performance Setting
4. then click Add and chose counter strike installer folder
5. Chose Hl and oke and oke and play the game
